Maintenance Supervisor (Medium / Heavy Manufacturing)
Location: Burton Upon Trent
Shift: 10 Hour Day Shifts With early Friday Finish
Salary: A£52,000 to A£57,000 + Company Pension Scheme + Life Assurance + 23 Days Holiday (increases with service) + Bank Holidays
Overview: Maintenance Supervisor required for a well-established manufacturer who are growing and can offer long-term career stability. The role will suit candidates who have led, coached, and supervised/managing a maintenance team.
Responsibilities: Assist and support the Maintenance Manager with management of the Maintenance Team and day-to-day activities. Accountability for implementing planned preventative maintenance, repairs, and planned shutdown works within set budgets and in line with Company policy and procedures. Reactive response to unplanned downtime. Ensure that the team is working safely within Health & Safety working practices and regulations. Control and maintain spares inventory. Involves mechanical and electrical aspects.
Qualifications:
Experience leading, coaching, and supervising/managing a maintenance team. Ideally from a medium/heavy industrial background. Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical knowledge.
