Lead adherence to safety and maintenance policies. Drive the STAR 10 Life Saving Rules program. Contribute to safety meetings, risk assessments, and audits. Ensure compliance during rig Mobilisation and Demobilisation. Navigate the Integrated Management System (IMS) seamlessly. Manage offshore personnel and be the Electrical point of contact. Oversee reporting routines and maintain equipment-related paperwork. Optimize spare parts stock levels and monitor reliability. Play a crucial role in new projects and design activities. Supervise assembly of power plants and electrical equipment. Stay updated on relevant rules and regulations. Execute isolations and report incidents promptly. Assist in planning projects and conduct CMMS system reviews. Lead during Large Projects and mobilisations. Facilitate Toolbox talks, safety meetings, and drills. Adhere to Emergency Preparedness Action Plan. Pursue continuous learning and mentor lesser experienced personnel. The Person In-depth experience as an Electrician on Drilling Rigs, Marine or Heavy Industry, as well as some Electrical Design experience Accredited Approved Electrical Apprenticeship Preferred NVQ Level 3 (or Equivalent) Electrical Engineering Minimum Level 3 Electrotechnical Studies (or Equivalent) Experience with PLC Fault Finding and/or Programming Offshore Survival and Medical Certificates Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests Working knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Project What can we offer?
