Analyse maintenance performance needs and effectiveness. Control routine maintenance tasks and perform high-level maintenance planning. Exercise high-level control over supply of spares and materials. Initiate and coordinate improvement projects. Develop and maintain maintenance systems to address true section needs and ensure systems are in accordance with corporate standards. Control budget and expenditure. Lead and manage a team. Train and coach subordinates and other team members. Qualifications
National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering. Experience and Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance environment. Complete understanding and knowledge of SAP EAM / PM and SAP financial systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Projects, PowerPoint.
