Our client is a leading
high-end residential construction
company based in west London. They are growing their maintenance team and are looking for an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor . This person will be responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day maintenance queries of company clients, reporting into the
Maintenance Manager . The ideal candidate for this role will have: A
basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical Systems At least
2 years' experience in property maintenance
(preferably High-End Residential) An excellent communicator Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through professional service Independent and a self-starter A tidy and presentable appearance A valid UK driving license Job Details: Start date: ASAP Location: Central, Southwest & West London Hours: 8am to 5pm (with potential overtime; the supervisor will also be 'on-call' fortnightly, including weekends with remuneration provided) Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience) We will contact shortlisted candidates to discuss the role further and arrange next steps.
