Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Residential - Central/West London
Our client is a leading high-end residential construction company based in west London. They are growing their maintenance team and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This person will be responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day maintenance queries of company clients, reporting into the Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
At least 2 years' experience in property maintenance (preferably High-End Residential)
An excellent communicator
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through professional service
Independent and a self-starter
A tidy and presentable appearance
A valid UK driving license

8am to 5pm (with potential overtime, the supervisor will also be 'on-call' fortnightly, including weekends with remuneration provided) Salary:
