We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical or air conditioning systems to join a dynamic team in London. In this role, you will oversee maintenance activities, manage a team of engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service across various sites. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Plan and prioritise maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and compliance with health and safety standards. Provide hands-on support with mechanical or air conditioning systems when required. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address maintenance needs and resolve issues. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members. Manage stock levels and order necessary materials or equipment. Prepare reports on maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company procedures. Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the maintenance sector. Strong technical background in mechanical or air conditioning systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Relevant qualifications, such as F-Gas certification, City & Guilds, or equivalent in mechanical or AC systems. What's on Offer:
