We are recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor on a permanent basis to join our team in Penge and cover the local region.
The Repairs & Maintenance Team oversee the delivery of our in-house and external repair service, ensuring providers deliver the service to Clarion's customer standards and provide value for money.
We're looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to carry out pre & post-inspections and create reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs. You'll be the face of Clarion for our customers, delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the performance and progress of our repairs service ensuring that quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, to a regional budget, and all within relevant statutory regulations and compliance.
You'll preferably hold a recognised qualification in a property related discipline such as a HNC in Surveying, or a degree level qualification; and be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
