Maintenance Team Leader

You will be on hand to jump in and fix issues in guest rooms to make sure they have a faultless stay, make sure our pool area and gyms are operating seamlessly and that public areas look as fresh as they did on day one.

But what we need from you:
General Maintenance experience.
Delivery of excellent customer service.
Ability to show others what a good job looks like.
Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues.
Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective outcomes for the business.
Ability to work well under pressure.
A team player, working hand in hand with other departments.
