What You Will Do: Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Regularly check the status of team activities, ensuring timely progress on open issues and projects. Lead maintenance with regards to factory-based improvement projects. Provide support for maintenance prevention activities. Organise the team and prioritise production needs to minimise response times. Provide reports and maintain agreed KPIs, leading by example with a positive and 'can-do' attitude. What You Will Bring: HNC in a maintenance-related discipline or City & Guilds in a maintenance-related discipline. NEBS/ILM Level 2 Supervisory Management or equivalent leadership qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with SAP or other IT planning tools. A time-served background in a maintenance/engineering discipline. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead a team across multiple shifts.
