Salary: £29,500 + holidays, pension, company vehicle, fuel card. (Overtime and on call available if desired)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to cover planned and preventative maintenance on 16 buildings in Greater Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced supervisor with maintenance experience to join the team. The Maintenance Supervisor role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available. Daily responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Hard Services Manager Establishing and maintaining good working relationships Managing Maintenance Assistants on the contract Scheduling and assigning duties to employees, and ensuring the quality of work is achieved Managing employee holidays to ensure effective coverage at all times Ensuring SLA compliance with works raised and carried out Carrying out regular health and safety checks across all sites within the contract Providing additional support and cover in work as and when required Participating in the on call rota Requirements for the role:
