Maintenance Team Leader

In this role, you will take full accountability for ensuring the Maintenance Team conforms to compliance requirements. You will assist the Site Leader in setting the budgets and targets for the team and site, while ensuring these are met or exceeded. You will also be involved in fault diagnosis to minimize any faults and the overall effect faults can have on the plant and site. The ideal candidate will hold an engineering qualification at HND level or can demonstrate comparable experience. You will also have knowledge and experience of plant operations and meeting production targets in the same or similar industry. Educated to at least HND level in an engineering discipline (or equivalent) or can demonstrate comparable experience. Holds knowledge and experience of plant operations and meeting production targets in the same or similar industry. Holds a full UK driving licence. Reference Number:
