£55k plus benefits About the role: Joining a pioneering manufacturing business, you will lead a busy maintenance team and will ensure all maintenance, process and budgetary targets are met. Responsibilities: Ensure Maintenance Plan is in place to meet legal, compliance and output requirements and to protect our assets. Ensure that forward planning for the Permit to Work system is adhered to and that all site personnel utilise the PTW system. Responsibility for meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly production targets. Ensure that operational plant is maintained to the highest level of safety and environmental standards, with quick response to breakdowns. Assist Site Leader with the setting of site budget/KPI's for areas of responsibility and ensure corrective actions in place where required to achieve or exceed budget/target. Ensure KPI's are documented, understood, and are met or exceeded on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure that the annual site budget is met or exceeded. Review as required and take action to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Ensure adequate maintenance and process logs/data collation (including downtime reporting) to allow timely and accurate data collection allowing data led decision making. Ensure completion of all relevant data by maintenance technicians as per requirements. Carry out analysis of operational data to identify trends. You: To be considered for the role of Maintenance Team Lead, you should be able to demonstrate: HND (or equivalent level) in a relevant engineering discipline. Previous experience in leading a team. Previous experience from a manufacturing environment. The ability to analyse data and trends.
