A global manufacturing business supplying components across a broad range of industries requires a Maintenance Team Leader to install, maintain, and repair equipment onsite and supervise the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be educated to City & Guilds level 3, preferably in an electrical discipline.

Package: £45,000 p.a. + Medical + Pension + Life assurance
Hours: 2 shift pattern 6am - 2pm and 10am - 6pm

The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will have the following duties: Supervising the maintenance team. Attend breakdowns, identifying the fault and problem solving. Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management. Assist with the moving, installation, and repositioning of machines. Undertake special projects as required.
The Person
Educated to City & Guilds level 3 in electrical or equivalent, you will have the following experience: Substantial experience in a similar role within manufacturing. Leadership experience. Multi-skilled Engineer (Bias to electrical). Practical hands-on approach to problem solving. Flexible to work on rotating shifts.
