Maintenance Team Leader You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests. Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance. Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotel’s quality requirements. Alongside the Maintenance Manager, ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out. Responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors. Manage and supervise team members in their day-to-day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed. Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Additional Information
