Salary and Benefits Competitive salary 1.5x overtime rate 24 days annual leave entitlement Up to 8% employer contribution to pension Private medical and dental cover Group income protection On site gym EV/hybrid car scheme Cash plan Relocation allowance if required The Role The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of productivity within your assigned areas, ensuring inclusive management of daily tasks and appropriate delegation to your Team Leads. Other Duties Involve Managing daily operations within your Quad, including oversight of hours booking, project run rates, roster management and manpower planning Collaborating with the dedicated assigned teams for each project, constructed of different operational support departments to drive on-time delivery of aircraft Supporting and engaging with customers to provide technical project updates daily either on-site or via email Working with the Customer Project Managers to align with the financial progress of the aircraft Supporting supervisory responsibilities for assigned areas, ensuring equal opportunities for professional development and training Conducting probationary reviews, the annual performance cycle and any performance management issues Championing 5S, housekeeping and general husbandry within your Quad Driving continuous improvement within your Quad to improve efficiency Conducting and leading daily GEMBA within your Quad, escalating appropriate issues to Senior Management Prioritising the health, safety and environmental concerns of all personnel and operations In order to be successful in this role the Maintenance Team Manager will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes Experience in team management, supervisory or lead roles Working knowledge of aircraft heavy/line maintenance, critical maintenance tasks, EWIS, CDCCL and applicable EASA/CAA regulations, PART 145 and aviation regulatory standards desirable Working knowledge of applicable aviation standards such as AS9110, AS9120 and any complementary standards desirable Working knowledge of environmental, health & safety rules, human factors, human performance/limitations and regulations desirable Ability to use information systems (e.g., SAP, Pivotal, company project tracking tools) desirable Right to live and work in the UK If you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Aviation for more details.
