As a Maintenance Team Manager, you will bring managerial or supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. You will be accountable for driving motivation and improving the efficiency of a large group of engineers. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to ensure optimal efficiency Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Responsible for compliance and health and safety – ensuring 100% pass rate on periodic audits Conduct weekly one-to-one meetings Serve as the primary contact for supervisors Experience Required
