Maintenance Technician focuses on respond quickly and effectively to mechanical and electrical breakdowns.

What the role involves

• Respond quickly and effectively to mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Diagnose faults on production machinery and implement permanent fixes.
• Work on motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors and control systems.
• Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards.

Skills and requirements

• City & Guilds in Engineering (or equivalent).
• 17th/18th Edition (if electrically biased).

• This is a permanent nightshift position 4 on 4 off.
• Attractive 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Excellent salary 53k-60k.
