£2000 We are currently recruiting for a Mammographer to join our service on a part-time basis. Role Overview: You'll be joining our team in our Crawley clinic, using new state-of-the-art technology with Pristina, designed for a better patient experience throughout the breast care pathway, from screening and diagnosis to treatment planning and monitoring. You'll enhance our customer journey by conducting screenings on-site during health assessments, ensuring patients receive efficient service from screening to treatment. As a Mammographer at Bupa, our patients are your top priority. With no shareholders, we reinvest our profits into our business, providing extra time and technology to make a difference to our patients every day. Responsibilities: Organise the daily work programme to ensure departmental efficiency. Work flexible hours as required by changing workload patterns in the Mammography service. Perform high-quality examinations as required by referring physicians according to departmental policies and procedures. Ensure all patients receive high-standard care. Accurately analyze data, record results, and produce high-quality images for reporting. Maintain and care for departmental equipment, uphold cleanliness, and report faults immediately. Manage resource use efficiently, establish stock control systems, and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers. Key Skills / Qualifications: Flexible and adaptive working attitude. Initiative in responding to service needs and focus on streamlining the patient pathway. Collaboration with the Lead Mammographer to enhance the Breast imaging service. Qualifications: BSc or DCR in Radiography and a Post Graduate Certificate in Mammography.
