Liaising with clients, customers and data centres Monitoring, checking, and completing daily processing and batch tasks Running control reports Supporting software and deploying applications Meet operational SLAs What we are looking for:
Experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of ITIL B2B support with strong client engagement skills Good knowledge SQL Server and Powershell Knowledge of Relational databases Sector experience in finance or payments would be advantageous This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days per week being onsite therefore we can only consider candidates who are within travelling distance. Please note this role does include an on-call rota. Salary from this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. Apply today for immediate consideration.
