Job Title: Management Accountant (Commercial) Hybrid: 4 Days in Office Edward Mann is actively recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a dynamic and fast-paced business based in Epsom. Our client is looking for someone to play a key part in providing commercial insight in the key drivers of the business and act as a strong business partner to budget holders. The Role Management Accounts : Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts to inform business decisions. Budgeting & Forecasting : Leading financial planning processes and providing detailed variance analysis. Business Partnering : Collaborating with non-finance teams to drive profitability and improve operational performance. Strategic Support : Delivering financial models and ad-hoc analysis to guide key business initiatives. Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and optimize reporting systems. What We’re Looking For Qualifications : Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA; candidates who are not qualified with relevant experience may also be considered. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly. Collaborative Personality : A proactive communicator who enjoys working across teams to drive results.
