If so we have a brilliant opportunity to join a growing business as their site management accountant ensuring timely completion of the management accounts, analysis, reporting and process improvements. Reporting to a very experienced and really personable finance director this role would suit someone who wants to be part of a growing business which has achievable and sustainable growth plans over the next few years. You'll need to have really good interpersonal and business partnering skills as you'll be working with and supporting operational managers at all levels, you'll need decent excel skills including lookups, sumifs and pivot tables and you'll need to have the enthusiasm and appetite to develop the role into a real value added business support position. Future opportunity for this role is significant and the opportunity to become number 1 in finance within the next 2-3 years and develop your own team is genuinely realistic due to retirement. This role requires you to be presently living a commutable distance from site and have UK citizenship that does not require a visa or sponsorship. Due to presence being required at other sites on an occasional basis you'll need to have access to a vehicle.
