Management Accountant
As the Management Accountant, you’ll provide vital financial insights to support key business decisions. From preparing reports and analysing performance to developing financial models, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious goals. You’ll have the chance to establish your own financial processes and, as the business grows, build and lead a high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor financial performance indicators, analyse trends, and provide insights to explain variances across revenue, costs, and expenditures. Develop and improve financial processes, tools, and systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly updates. Conduct in-depth analysis and financial modelling to support business decisions, investments, and strategic plans. What We’re Looking For: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or management accounting.
