Our client is a very established and highly successful manufacturing company and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Management Accountant.
The successful candidate will work at our client's busy office in Bristol.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for the control of important financial processes for a busy project-based manufacturing business. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Produce financial statements, budgets, and financial reporting Oversee sales and purchase ledgers and assist with queries as required Review project quotations, margins, and identify opportunities for improvement Provide accurate reports/responses to all financial queries Work closely with Finance Director to monitor and control manufacturing and project costs Monitor and produce regular reports on stock and parts inventory KPI reporting Journal management Promote continuous improvement within financial processes Candidate:
You will be a qualified management accountant/finance manager ideally with previous experience in the manufacturing sector. You will be proficient in the use of SAP accounting and reporting systems and you will have ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent accountancy qualifications. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels. Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 37 hours, Flexible Benefits:
