With a dedicated team committed to excellence, they help businesses thrive by providing comprehensive financial support and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities: Monthly Accounts & Reporting: Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments. Prepare management accounts with commentary for client presentation. Discuss financial performance with clients, comparing against budgets and growth plans. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review pricing strategies. Supplier Management: Process supplier payments and ensure accurate reconciliation. Support bookkeeping in purchase ledger processing and review AP ledgers. Debtors & AR Management: Ensure efficient invoicing and collection processes. Supervise credit control and provide client feedback. Data Processing & Internal Control: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping. Ensure accurate and efficient data processing. Manage client communications and deadlines. Review and prepare VAT returns. Supervise payroll processing. General Responsibilities: Follow company policies and build client relationships. Engage and motivate team members. Maintain confidentiality of records and information. Qualifications: Part of Fully Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Experience working in a similar capacity Practice experience or working in a marketing agency is advantageous Strong analytical and communication skills.
