Job Description Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements Managing budgeting and forecasting processes Providing financial advice and support to help drive the business Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out Developing and managing financial systems and policies Training and supervising a team of Finance Assistants The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience as a Management Accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices In-depth experience in risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and finance software An analytical mind with a strategic capability Excellent communication and leadership skills What's on Offer An attractive salary package between £54,000 and £66,000 Generous holiday leave An engaging and rewarding work environment in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry Opportunities for professional development A permanent role in the heart of Cambridge
