This role may also suit someone currently in a

Finance Business Partner

position. As our new Management Accountant you will offer support across multiple locations, spending time at our Faversham and Canterbury offices. About Your Role

Deliver accurate and timely

monthly management accounts

for three key divisions: Cements, Estates, and Administration. Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes

for these divisions, partnering closely with managers across the organisation. Continuously

improve financial and business processes

to ensure fast, accurate decision-making. Maintain and enhance

financial controls , including balance sheet accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with operational and commercial teams

to align financial strategies with business goals. Provide insightful analysis of performance against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year to inform business decisions. Uphold the company’s standards for

financial control , safeguarding its assets and ensuring best practices. We're Looking For

Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or QBE

with proven experience in preparing management accounts for senior leadership. Strong

communication skills , with the confidence to challenge and advise business partners and senior management. Sharp

analytical abilities , capable of interrogating systems, analysing data, and presenting actionable insights. Independence and ownership , with the skills to manage the entire management accounts process end-to-end. Proficiency in

advanced Excel

and a process and system driven mindset to streamline workflows. We'll Offer You
