Hybrid working, Chelmsford office and home working. Are you looking to join a collaborative Accounts Team? ECL are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Management Accountant. The post holder must have the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure, be able to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and must have experience of working within a fast paced finance team and multi department organisation. You should be able to work without direct supervision and be able to prioritise your workload effectively whilst being part of a partly remote working finance team. You should also have excellent organisation skills and be able to take ownership of the role. About You

To be considered as Management Accountant, you need: Part Qualified accountant - CIMA / ACCA Confidence in dealing with business at all levels Excellent communication skills Proactive in dealing with issues, with good organisational skills and can do attitude Strong attention to detail Excellent problem solving skills Experience of multi-site environment preferable Use of Microsoft Office including strong excel skills IF statements, VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables essential Knowledge of Access Financials desirable, but not essential What we can offer you as Management Accountant:
