Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our team. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The Management Accountant will collaborate with various departments to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage budgets.
Support audits and other financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Please note this role is to cover maternity leave with a view to start January 2025.
