Management Accountant . This is a permanent position based in

Cookstown. As the

Management Accountant , you will play a key role in providing financial insight and support to manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, analysing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to improve the company's financial health. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Analyse manufacturing costs, including direct and indirect costs, and identify areas for cost optimisation and efficiency improvement. Maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with the supply chain team to optimise inventory levels. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including pricing strategies, capital investments, and product profitability analysis. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Stay updated on changes in accounting rules and regulations. Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting, data analysis, and financial controls. Participate in special projects and provide financial insights as needed to support the company's strategic initiatives. What we are looking for?
