Purpose The purpose of the role will be to: Provide accurate and timely financial information to key stakeholders, including the Senior Manager RTR and the Group Financial Controller RTR. Operate within the RTR stream, working closely with site accountants to deliver on the financial performance of the business unit and subsequent reporting. Leverage excellent ERP & IT skills to deliver solutions to issues arising. Suit someone who is flexible and adept at problem solving. Ensure that all relevant Sox controls are completed in the area. Key Responsibilities Work as part of a team producing financial reporting for all business units, reporting to the Senior Manager RTR. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information and associated reporting to Pilgrims US. Input into relevant areas of monthly and quarterly disclosures. Complete all reporting in line with established group timetables. Develop deep knowledge across a range of areas including revenue, cost of sales, overheads, inventory, and fixed assets. Deliver key balance sheet account reconciliations which will feed into the overall entity reconciliations. Complete relevant areas in relation to annual and statutory accounting. Work with other members of the finance team to ensure consistency of working across the business units and to ensure best practices are implemented and followed. Work on cross-functional projects where required, providing expert guidance from a financial viewpoint. Essential Criteria Strong technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards. Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders, including Senior BU finance staff. A team player who can work collaboratively across business units. Strong interpersonal, planning, and presentational skills. Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Flexible regarding travel requirements.
