Management Accountant
Salary : £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
Location : Wallingford, Oxfordshire (Hybrid 2 days in the office)
Overview: We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing the monthly management accounts pack, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing business support through financial insight and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities: Complete the monthly management accounts pack with high-quality analysis and commentary Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Control intercompany transactions/reconciliations Monitor performance against budgets/plan and report to the management team Analyse sales and operational excellence reporting Assist in the preparation of the weekly 80/20 reports Approve RFQs and orders and ensure quote margins meet business plans Provide business support and develop financial models Ensure the integrity of financial records and define necessary controls and procedures Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts Handle various ad hoc tasks Qualifications:
Ideally CIMA or ACCA qualified or finalist Degree educated Excellent business partnering and communication skills Strong systems capability, particularly with Excel Outstanding attention to detail and strong administration skills Ability to work autonomously Day-to-day:
