The management account will ensure the business is effective, efficient and compliant with appropriate financial statutory and regulatory requirements. Client Details Our North Kent based client, a private equity backed company has recently merged with a competitor, creating a very impressive business unit and now has a permanent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This position requires an on-site presence. Description Management Accountant duties include; Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs. Analysis and review of financial information to drive performance. Production of weekly cash flow forecasts and cash management. Balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in the preparation and analysis for quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Support the wider Finance department to ensure tax compliance (VAT, Corp Tax and CIS) Be the key contact on the annual external audit process. Profile The successful Management Accountant should have: A formal qualification is preferred (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Management accounting and statutory accounting experience Experience working within a compliance focused environment Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Job Offer £55k - £60k depending on experience 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Chance to join a growing business If you have previous Management Accounting experience and are interested to be considered for this role, then please do apply today!
