Exciting opportunity to join the European Reporting team as a Management Accountant! This position is a key role within the European Reporting Finance Team. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts: ensuring P&L variances are explained, maintaining control on balance sheet reconciliations, and managing the day-to-day financial operations including the cashflow forecast. you'll

be doing the following: You'll be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts for your European markets. You'll provide detailed variance analysis, with supporting commentary and evidence for any adverse/favourable variances. You'll maintain full financial control on specific balance sheet areas for responsible markets, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are regularly completed & reviewed, with all risks and opportunities understood. You'll manage the cashflow forecast, providing weekly updates to the group treasury team determining funding and currency transfer requirements. You'll drive for efficiencies across the European business by identifying cost trends and best working practices and ensure a consistent reporting and analytical approach is applied to all countries. What We're Looking For: Qualified CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA accountant. Experience of management accounting essential. Good communication skills both written and verbal required. Strong analytical skills required in order to investigate, understand and explain variances and overall European business performance.
