Duties: To own the financial management reporting, cashflow, budget and forecasting process To manage the Group's staff establishment To prepare the Group revenue budget and monthly revisions to that budget To prepare the monthly management accounts package To prepare cashflow forecasting To work with the Financial Accountant to prepare returns to the Funding Body (ESFA/DfE) Skills/Experience: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade others of the benefit of change Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully at different levels, both orally and in writing Ability to plan and manage project-based work Proven experience of working with decision-makers and senior management Qualifications: CCAB Qualified Accountant (or qualified by significant experience) Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable) Leadership and management or a relevant professional qualification (desirable) We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
