We are looking for a management accountant, with proven experience preparing and analysing management accounts, budgets, and financial forecasts, to join our growing team. You will provide accurate and timely financial information, analysis, and support to the management team, enabling informed decision-making and contributing to the company's financial and operational success.

About the role: Production of monthly financial and operational reports, providing insights to support decision-making. Monitoring and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Oversee cost management processes, including tracking and allocating expenditures. Support the finance team in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintaining and updating master financial records, including fixed assets and cost centre allocations. Preparing financial schedules and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assisting in the preparation and review of financial performance metrics and KPIs. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including supporting internal and external audits. Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal preparation and account reconciliations. About you:

Essential:

Proven experience in preparing and analysing management accounts, budgets, and financial forecasts. Qualified/Finalist in accountancy qualification. Experience in working with multiple cost centres or business units within a complex organisational structure. Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and controls. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple work-streams, prioritise and respond quickly. Desirable:

Fully conversant in Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). SAGE understanding. What we can offer you:
