Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working with a PE backed business to appoint a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or QBE accountant to develop their skill set and add value to a growing business. The Management Accountant will analyse financial data to provide insights that support business profitability and growth. Ideally, this role would suit a part qualified/QBE accountant with a proven track record in sales margin analysis, variance analysis on forecast vs budget and communicating financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Location:

Grangemouth (Hybrid Working – 2 Days Onsite) Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales and margin analysis, identifying variances from forecasts and addressing live issues. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and inventory review/control. Support the creation of the annual budget and updates to forecasts. Partner with Regional Directors, providing timely and relevant financial insights. Forecast supplier and customer rebates, and calculate standards for manufacturing cost recoveries. Produce analysis packs on the performance of business units, regions, and branches. Submit monthly results and rolling forecasts to Group FP&A. Requirements:

3+ years of experience in management accounting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial data analysis. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to a rapidly changing environment. Renumeration:
