Keeler Recruitment is proud to collaborate with our client in seeking a talented and driven Management Accountant to join their team in Great Yarmouth.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving organisation, delivering accurate financial insights and providing critical accounting support across multiple regions.

As Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing monthly management accounts, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements. Working closely with senior management and external stakeholders, your contributions will be key to driving financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, cost accruals, tax provisions, and commentary. Develop and maintain rolling budgets and forecasts, covering profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Lead year-end financial preparations, including audit file management and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors. Ensure compliance with tax reporting across relevant jurisdictions, delivering accurate and timely submissions. Oversee statutory reporting, including environmental and insurance obligations. Partner with the Finance Manager to provide accurate financial reports to senior leadership. Support the enhancement of financial control systems and reporting processes.

About You A qualified accountant or finalist. Strong experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Expertise in tax reporting and compliance, particularly across multiple regions. Proficiency with accounting software (Sage 200 preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities. A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
