Anderson Knight is working with a key client based in the Lanarkshire area who is looking to grow their team with the appointment of a Management Accountant.
The key duties and responsibilities will include:
Submission of management and year-end accounts.
Budget management and assisting in the preparation of long-term financial plans.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Engage with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance across the business, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Generate insightful financial reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. You will possess excellent interpretative skills to deal with complex issues and drive solution-based processes to optimize business performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills to effectively work alongside non-financial stakeholders.
