As a Management Accountant, you will be an integral part of our evolving Finance team during a period of exciting growth. Your responsibilities will include preparing month-end accounts, overseeing the monthly budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving the development of financial performance across the organization. Duties

Present financial figures during monthly manufacturing review meetings. Offer insights into manufacturing performance to the Operations Director and Head of Finance. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare precise monthly management accounts, including detailed manufacturing cost centre reports and variance analysis. Collaborate closely with operations, supporting projects and decision-making processes. Provide reliable support for treasury functions. Assist in the annual budgeting process and submit operational forecasts. Education/ Skills

Strong organizational skills. Highly skilled in numeracy. Excellent communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Capable of working independently with initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with month-end experience and qualifications in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
