Job Description Lead a robust finance team, driving productivity and maintaining high standards. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee and manage budget planning and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Provide insightful information and expectations to the company's executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
