Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include: Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, ensuring all reporting deadlines are consistently met. Business partnering with budget holders across the business to provide financial insights and support. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, and variance analysis. Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts. Preparation of financial reports and liaison with budget holders and key stakeholders. Manage, mentor, and support the Assistant Management Accountant, fostering their growth and development. Conduct detailed reporting and analytical tasks to inform decision-making. Key skills and experience required:

Part-qualified, fully qualified, or actively studying towards a recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA). Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels. Proficiency in analysing, interpreting, and presenting financial data clearly and concisely. Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of financial systems.
