Our thriving candidate is looking for a skilled Management Accountant / Finance Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in preparing financial information and collaborating with various business areas, especially in manufacturing. This position offers the chance to develop and apply insights from management reports, maintain the ERP system, and ensure effective communication of financial matters to management. Imagine being the go-to person for accurate monthly management accounts, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations. You'll act as a Business Partner to sales, admin, and manufacturing teams, providing meaningful commentary and analysis. Your role will also involve assisting in statutory audits, preparing VAT returns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. With opportunities to cover production payrolls and support internal projects, your expertise will be highly valued. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply: Part-qualified (PQ) or qualified by experience (QBE). Commercially aware. High attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication skills at all levels. Strong IT skills, with a proactive approach to new technologies. High integrity and openness, with a commitment to good governance. Manufacturing experience (preferable, not essential). Technically strong, preferably practice trained. Experience within a listed company. Interactions will include: Financial Controller:

Support day-to-day financial operations. Auditors/Tax Advisors:

Maintain relationships and assist in ensuring a smooth audit process. Finance Team:

Provide leadership and assist in the development of team members. Rest of Business:
