What does the role involve? Provide technical business partnering in monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Offer financial analysis, coaching, and challenge to budget holders, ensuring effective budgetary control. Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises, incorporating financial submissions into the medium-term financial plan. Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely cashflow into the organisation. Support with financial tracking, modelling, and providing technical input to key projects and reports. What are we looking for? AAT qualified or actively studying towards another recognised accountancy qualification. 2-3 years of experience in an accountancy environment within industry or the public sector. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications, especially advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication skills to manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work.
