Are you a driven and experienced management accountant ready to take your career to the next level? A dynamic and rapidly growing group in Kingswinford is seeking a talented professional to join their finance team.
This is a full-time office-based role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving business undergoing a significant growth journey.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing month-end close and reporting performance for multiple businesses in the group.
Designing and implementing robust financial processes and controls aligned with the group's ambitious growth plans.
Leading weekly cashflow reporting and forecasting for the group.
Managing financial integration and reporting for newly acquired businesses.
Developing performance measures and KPIs to drive business success.
Enhancing financial data flows, including CRM and stock take information.
Contributing to significant projects such as ERP implementation and process automation.
What we're looking for:
Qualified Management accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with a solid understanding of month-end processes.
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
Experience in tax matters, ERP systems, and Excel; ERP implementation experience is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to process improvement.
