Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a lovely South Lincolnshire organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. The company will consider both full and part-time options (from 3 days a week+). Your new role Reporting to the Commercial Finance lead, this role will see you responsible for Monthly Management Accounts including production and accuracy of the management accounting pack including KPI’s, variance analysis, forecasting, sales forecasting and capex analysis, sales reporting of all relevant business KPI’s to stakeholders, including attending weekly sales meetings, business unit reviews and associated business partnering, budgeting (setting and review), financial modelling to support business project plans, managing the finance work stream of projects, agile to the design and implementation of new systems and processes. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Qualified ACMA, ACCA or ACA or a Finalist with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills as well as strong management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and reporting experience, great IT skills including Excel, ERP and commercial software such as Business Objects, strong planning and commercial acumen as well as excellent business partnering with stakeholders at all levels. You will be adept at influencing and have an eye for process improvement opportunities. Knowledge of US GAAP would be beneficial, as would web analytics, FMCG or retail. You will be living within a commutable distance of Lincolnshire as the role requires an office presence a minimum of once a week.
