Uxbridge Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving? We re working with an organisation seeking a skilled Management Accountant to lead key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and valuable insights for decision-making. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial reports and monthly accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cashflows. Analyse financial data, providing detailed performance insights for leadership. Oversee reconciliations for key accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Manage intercompany transactions, including those involving foreign currencies. Process month-end journals and support the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and improve financial accuracy. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT submissions. Support audits by providing documentation and resolving queries. Drive process improvements and support finance projects as required. What We re Looking For: A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. Strong management accounting background with excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities. Experience handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations (multi currencies). A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. What s on Offer: Salary up to £60k, depending on experience. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
