Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a role where you can strike a great balance between work and life? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organisation within the healthcare sector. It's perfect for someone who enjoys coming in, doing a great job, and leaving work at work - no long hours, evenings, or weekend commitments.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing monthly P&L statements, gross profit analysis, and balance sheets. Producing weekly cashflow and flash P&L reports. Managing cashflow and overseeing cash management. Partnering with operational and practice managers to review costs and suggest savings. Calculating associate fees. Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving queries. Providing ad hoc financial analysis as required by the leadership team. Preparing audit information and liaising with external auditors. Supporting the purchase ledger process, including invoice approvals and payment runs. Reviewing payroll preparation in collaboration with the payroll bureau and practice managers.
What we're looking for: Part-qualified or QBE (qualified by experience) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Confident and proactive, with the ability to work closely with senior team members and challenge where needed. Solid knowledge of management accounts, cashflow reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Sage experience is a bonus, but strong Excel skills are essential. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
What's on offer: Salary of 40,000 - 42,000 (dependent on experience). Hybrid working arrangements. 25 days holiday. On-site parking and a company pension. The chance to join a growing organisation where your input will genuinely make a difference.
This is an ideal role for someone who values balance - where your day ends when you leave the office. If you're looking for a stable, fulfilling position in a supportive environment, please reach out for further details or apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
