The impact you'll have

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager (Balance Sheet), the Management Accountant will primarily support the Balance Sheet team ensuring month end reconciliations are timely and that the data has been accurately recorded. You will work closely with the Financial Operations team and the rest of the Reporting team.

Your day-to-day: Be the subject matter expert in fixed assets supporting the D&A inputs in the budget process. Be the subject matter expert in hotel downpayments, ensuring that they are treated correctly in the ledger and understanding the relationship between the asset held and the deductions made to supplier payments. Complete month end balance sheet reconciliations in line with timelines and to a high quality, and leverage strong commercial understanding to build meaningful management commentary. Seek and drive iteration, automation, and process improvements to create efficiencies. Ensure the FX rates within the accounting platform are accurate and updated daily. Support the Reporting team with external auditor requests and other ad hoc reporting. Your skillset:

Professional accountancy accreditation (ACCA/ACA/CIMA). Newly Qualified. Have a mindset to drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures to support growth. Good understanding of internal controls and ability to document end to end processes. Ability to quickly pivot and work at pace. Attention to detail and able to produce high quality work under pressure. Desirable (optional)

Google Suite experience. Experience working in the tech or travel sectors. Anaplan experience. SUN systems experience. The interview journey:
