Management Accountant

to drive financial efficiency and support its growth strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this role oversees financial management, ensuring robust controls and insightful reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Ensure strong financial controls and statutory compliance. Support business growth through efficient financial systems. Manage and mentor an Accounts Technician. Collaborate with non-finance teams to drive commercial decisions. Minimum Qualifications Part/Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) Strong financial reporting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
