To achieve the strategic plans of the business, there is a need to appoint an ambitious and hands-on commercially focused Management Accountant who can comfortably communicate and present on a daily basis with senior stakeholders. What is expected? You will report into an experienced CFO who leads from the front with a strong background in the sector. The main focus for this role will be the accurate production of management accounts packs, including commentary on variance analysis of actual against forecast. Some assistance may be required with the production of year-end accounts. You will offer a business partnering relationship with budget holders to assist with cost drivers and efficiency savings. Month-end reporting and ownership of budgeting and forecasting. Analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss statements. Problem-solving across different areas of the business and supporting wider financial operations. What would make you a perfect fit? You will ideally be fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, but also open to qualified by experience. Proven exposure within a management accounts setting is essential. Strong Excel skills for manipulating data. Ability to work independently while managing a more junior member of staff. Beam Recruit
